Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: April 1, 2026  ·  Rapid Cap Group  ·  Austin, TX 78704

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

Rapid Cap Group is committed to ensuring that our digital services are accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We believe that every business owner — regardless of ability — deserves equal access to the capital solutions and information available through our platform.

We are actively working to improve the accessibility of rapidcapgroup.com and its associated services in accordance with recognized international standards. This Accessibility Statement reflects our ongoing commitment to making our platform inclusive and usable for the widest possible audience.

Accessibility is not a feature — it is a fundamental principle of our platform design. We treat accessibility improvements as continuous, ongoing work rather than a one-time compliance exercise.

2. Standards We Follow

Rapid Cap Group aims to meet the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including:

  • Visual impairments, including blindness and low vision
  • Hearing impairments and deafness
  • Motor and physical disabilities affecting navigation and input
  • Cognitive and learning disabilities
  • Speech and language disabilities
  • Photosensitive conditions including epilepsy

WCAG 2.1 Level AA is organized around four core principles: content must be Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (commonly referred to as POUR).

3. Accessibility Features

Our platform incorporates the following accessibility features:

Visual

  • High-contrast color scheme with clearly distinguishable text and background combinations
  • Text resizable up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • No reliance on color alone to convey information — icons and labels are also used
  • All non-text content (images) includes descriptive alternative text (alt attributes)
  • Consistent and predictable page layouts across the platform

Navigation & Interaction

  • All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard without requiring a mouse
  • Clear and visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
  • Skip navigation link provided to bypass repeated header content
  • Logical heading hierarchy (H1 through H6) to support screen reader navigation
  • Descriptive link text that makes sense out of context

Content & Forms

  • Plain language used throughout — content is written for a general adult reading level
  • Form fields include clear labels, instructions, and error messages
  • Error suggestions provided when form submissions fail
  • Sufficient time provided to complete all forms and interactions
  • No content that flashes more than three times per second

4. Assistive Technology Compatibility

Rapid Cap Group is designed to be compatible with common assistive technologies. Our platform has been tested with the following tools and environments:

  • Screen readers — NVDA with Firefox, JAWS with Chrome, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, TalkBack on Android
  • Voice control — Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Windows Speech Recognition, Apple Voice Control
  • Display magnification — ZoomText, browser zoom, operating system magnifier
  • Switch access — Basic switch navigation has been tested on iOS and Android platforms

We use semantic HTML, ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes where appropriate, and follow standard interaction patterns to maximize compatibility with assistive technology.

5. Keyboard Navigation

Our platform is fully navigable by keyboard alone. The following keyboard shortcuts and navigation patterns are supported:

  • Tab / Shift+Tab — Move forward or backward between focusable elements
  • Enter / Space — Activate buttons, links, and interactive controls
  • Escape — Close open menus, dialogs, and overlays
  • Arrow keys — Navigate within menus, carousels, and grouped controls
  • Home / End — Jump to the beginning or end of scrollable content

Focus is managed appropriately when dialogs and overlays open and close, ensuring keyboard users are not trapped in any interface component.

6. Known Limitations

While we strive to make our platform fully accessible, we acknowledge that some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. Currently known limitations include:

  • Third-party embedded components (such as our financing application form) are provided by an external vendor and may have their own accessibility characteristics beyond our direct control. We are actively working with our partners to improve this.
  • Some older PDF documents linked from our platform may not be fully screen reader accessible. We are in the process of updating these documents.
  • Video content, where present, may not yet include full captions or audio descriptions. We are prioritizing the addition of these features.

We are committed to resolving these limitations as quickly as possible. If you encounter any issue not listed here, please contact us so we can address it promptly.

7. Feedback & Accessibility Support

We welcome your feedback about the accessibility of our platform. If you experience any barriers to accessing our services, or if you need information in an alternative format, please contact us. We aim to respond to all accessibility-related inquiries within two (2) business days.

When contacting us about an accessibility issue, please describe the specific barrier you encountered, the device and assistive technology you were using, and the URL or page where the issue occurred. This information helps us investigate and resolve issues as efficiently as possible.

We can also provide information about our services in alternative formats upon request, including large print and plain text where feasible.

8. Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may wish to contact the relevant government authority or disability rights organization in your jurisdiction. In the United States, accessibility complaints related to digital services may be directed to:
